Based in Chelmsford, Essex, the Nissan Mobility Centre is the home of our four Mobility experts. If you have any questions please feel free to call, fax or email the team. They can advise you what is required to be eligible for the scheme, give you advice on adaptations, or supply the details of your local dealer.
We've also had a high number of letters and calls from customers asking to know more about the team that they talk to day in, day out. Who are they? What do they like doing? Well, here are some answers.

Kelly Rickett
Hi, my name is Kelly and I am the longest serving member of the Nissan Mobility Centre. I started working for Nissan back in 2003 and love talking with all our customers. I am currently the team leader here and with support from my Senior Mobility Coordinator Anna Sorrell and my Mobility Coordinators Patsy Wonfor and Kareen Bennett, we provide you with all the information you need to know about driving a Nissan through the Motability scheme.
Away from work, I do not have much spare time as I recently became a mum so I enjoy all my free time playing with my son and on the odd occasion I can get a babysitter I do enjoy a glass of wine and catching up with all my friends.
Anna Sorrell
Hello all, my name is Anna and I joined the Nissan Mobility Centre team in 2005. I work as the Senior Mobility Co-ordinator. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working here so far and am looking forward to continuing to provide as much assistance as I can for our Motability Customers.
Please do not hesitate to give me a call with any queries or requirements that you may have and I look forward to speaking with you in the future!
In my spare time, I enjoy reading and at home taking care of our three cats and boa constrictor Pablo!
Kareen Bennett
Hi my name is Kareen and I’m the newest member of the Nissan Mobility Centre.
Previously I’ve worked in customer services and also had experience working with people with mental health issues.
Away form work I’m a very active person who is always on the go socialising with friends and enjoying a bit of retail therapy!
I’m looking forward to starting with the Nissan Mobility Team and hope that I have the opportunity of speaking to you on the phone very soon or seeing you at the Motability Roadshow.
Patsy Wonfor
I have worked in Customer Service for a number of years, which I have enjoyed immensely I am looking forward to the challenge of bringing my existing experience to assist and support our mobility customers with their queries and help maintain an already successful and committed team here at Nissan Mobility.
I am married with three grown children which leaves me time to pursue my love of travelling both in Britain especially Scotland and abroad, which I try to pursue at every opportunity, I aim to try to visit at least one new country each year!
