About Motability - Motability Accredited Assessment Centres

The Forum of Mobility Centres is a network of organisations which aims to help elderly and disabled people achieve independent mobility as drivers, passengers and wheelchair users. They can offer the following services:

Free information service for disabled and elderly people, their families and professionals
Vehicle choice with control options and advice on ability to learn, continue to drive or return to driving
Assessment and advice for passengers getting in and out of vehicles and about safe loading of wheelchairs and other equipment.
Advice on the selection and use of wheelchairs (powered and manually propelled) and scooters
Driving tuition, for novice drivers, those returning to driving after a break and those changing to a different method of vehicle controls.
Fitting of car adaptions for both drivers and passengers with disabilities

There are a number of Mobility Centres across the country. At any given time the adapted Nissans available from them can vary, so, to ensure you find the car you want, call the Nissan Mobility Centre on 0800 731 9633, or email. We will be able to locate the car you need and save you any inconvenience.
